Exposure: south/south-east/south-west.

 

Harvesting period: september.

 

Ageing: in steel barrels.

 

Average yield per hectare: never more than 95 quintals/hectare.

 

Colour: intense pale yellow.

 

Aroma: citrus and acacia flowers and jasmine with notes of apple, pear and mango.

 

Flavour: balanced and persistent with a pleasant finish of combined overtones.

 

Notes: recommendid for aperitif, appetizer, dishes seasoned with herbs, vegetables, fish, pasta and risotto with herbs or fish.
